Project 14.1 Original screen printed artwork

This piece is part of a series of original screen printed artworks based on the British landscape.

Our starting point for these artworks was to delve in our photographic archive of local landscapes, flora and fauna along with textures gathered on our many travels around the local area and Cumbria.

The artwork features elements over printed onto wooden panels combined with expressive painterly brush strokes. The resulting artwork is a study of pattern, texture and layout.
